The Bulldog PTO is looking for parents to join our team for next school year! Get involved by stepping into an open board or committee chair position.

  • Lead meetings, coordinate committees, represent the PTO, and support fundraising efforts. Bring your vision, lead the team, and help shape our school’s future!

    • Preside over meetings of the organization and executive board,

    • Serve as the primary contact for the principal

    • Represent the organization at meetings outside the organization

    • Coordinate the work of all the officers and committees so that the purpose of the organization is served

    • Sign and approve checks for reimbursement

    • Lead or assist with fundraising projects and events

    • Serve as past President/advisor to the successor President

  • Record minutes, manage documents, send meeting notices, and keep records organized. Play a key role in keeping our PTO informed and running smoothly!

    • Keep all records of the organization

    • Take and record minutes

    • Prepare the agenda

    • Handle correspondence, and send notices of meetings to the membership

    • Keeps a copy of the minutes’ book, bylaws, rules, membership list, and any other necessary supplies, and brings them to meetings

    • Manages & keeps current Google Drive or other online system with organization documents, postings, and flyers

  • The annual fundraiser, our most significant driver of school donations each year, is made possible by the leadership of the committee chair(s) and more than two dozen parent volunteers who help plan, organize vendors, socialize donations, set up/break down, and execute follow-up activities for the event.

    We need one or more parent volunteers to take the lead on our annual fundraiser as soon as possible! Without it, we will have to reduce funding for beloved programs such as VAPA, Artist-In-Residence, electives, garden, library, SciTech, science supplies, and more.

    This position includes leading a committee team in planning and organizing the event, gathering donations, helping set up/break down, choosing a theme, and hiring vendors.

  • Lead efforts to enhance and maintain a beautiful, welcoming school environment. Organize volunteer cleanups, coordinate landscaping projects, and support campus improvements. Bring your vision and help create a space where students and families can thrive!

  • Lead a team of volunteers to capture and preserve school memories! Oversee photo collection, page design, and documentation of cherished Bellevue traditions. Guide the creative process and help create a yearbook students and families will treasure!

  • The VAPA Chair works to bring arts enrichment to our students by coordinating school assemblies and special presentations in partnership with local artists, educators, and performers. This person serves as a liaison with the school administration and various local organizations to schedule and coordinate assemblies that are funded through school and community resources. The chair also leads the planning of the beloved Bellevue Variety Show, giving students the opportunity to shine in front of their peers through music, dance, comedy, and more.
